Nectr Bottle Co.™ guarantees every Nectr Bottle Co. ™ product with a limited warranty against manufacturer defects.

Nectr Bottle Co.™ Limited Lifetime Warranty

Nectr Bottle Co. Products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. Nectr Bottle Co. will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available.

Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:

  1. Broken or leaking caps: If your cap breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your bottle to us. Instead, please send us your warranty enquiry in an email message to customerservice@nectrbottleco.com and we will get back to you. Please note you may be required to send us a photo of your cap to validate the claim. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have the bottle returned if you send the bottle to us.
  2. Bottles that are damaged during the shipping process: Please contact us if you ordered your bottle from NectrBottleCo.com and it has arrived damaged. If you use your bottle, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage. We will e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged bottle and will send out a replacement bottle upon receipt.
  3. Nectr Bottle™ Warranties: If you need to claim your product(s) under our lifetime warranty, we will not be able to offer the complete configuration as a full warranty. We will handle each warranty on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee every piece of your product(s) will be available for warranty.

 

Warranty claims will only be approved by Nectr Bottle Co.™ if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your Nectr Bottle Co.™ product, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Nectr Bottle Co.™ only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Nectr Bottle Co.™ products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

Please note your Warranty Claim Nectr Bottle Co.™ will be replaced by the same size and color Nectr Bottle. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value. Unfortunately, replacement bottles under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a bottle with a custom logo, we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your return bottle. Those that have purchased engraved bottles will not get an engraved bottle sent to them under our warranty replacement policy.

In no event shall Nectr Bottle Co.™ be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages.

 

RETURNS

All items sold at Nectr Bottle Co.™ go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods shipped are fully insured in case of loss or damage.

However, there are times when the merchandise is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

If this is the case:

  1. Please email us at customerservice@nectrbottleco.com outlining the reason for your return, together with pictures of the merchandise and your Order Reference Number within 7 days upon receipt of items.
  2. If the items shipped are defective or different from the ones you ordered, we will be shouldering the cost of all shipping fees incurred as well. All merchandise for return must be in original condition and in their original packaging.

 

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned unused, and with all Nectr Bottle Co. ™ tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
